Jack Lockett

Jack Lockett has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as Customer Operations Director at Hallmark Cards since April 2005. His previous roles at Hallmark include Supply Chain Manager, Operations and Engineering Director for Asia Procurement, Supply Chain Director for Australasia, Production Manager at the Lawrence Production Center, and Lean Strategy and Implementation Manager. Prior to Hallmark, Jack was a Business Development Manager at Internet Capital Group Commerce, where responsibilities included managing sales accounts for a B2B procurement venture. Jack’s career began as a Junior Officer on the USS Birmingham (SSN-695) from 1992 to 1995. Jack holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas.
