Director -- Digital Commerce & Marketing Operations at Hallmark Cards

Jeff LaCroix has a diverse work experience in digital marketing and commerce across multiple companies. Jeff started their career at Sprint Nextel, where they held various roles, including Program Manager for Loyalty/Retention Marketing and Manager for eCare. Jeff then joined Sprint as a Manager for Sprint.com, where they managed marketing program implementation. Later, they became the Director of Digital Marketing Delivery at Sprint, responsible for delivering acquisition and base marketing programs.

After their time at Sprint, Jeff worked at Lockton Affinity as the Director of Integrated Marketing, where they focused on driving revenue and retention strategies. Jeff then moved to Hallmark Cards, initially as a Senior Manager for eBusiness Marketing, driving online and omni-channel revenue through various strategies. Later, they held the role of Director of Digital Marketing at Hallmark, and currently, they serve as the Director of Digital Commerce and Marketing Operations. Jeff has significant experience in digital marketing, including search, content strategy, direct marketing, and program management.

Jeff LaCroix holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism/Advertising from The University of Kansas. In 2016, they obtained certifications as a BrightEdge Certified Master and a BrightEdge Certified Professional from BrightEdge.
