Pat Gardiner

Pat Gardiner has extensive experience in corporate governance and legal compliance, particularly with Hallmark Cards. From 2001 to June 2017, Pat served as Group Company Secretary, ensuring adherence to financial and legal practices across all group companies, while also managing pension schemes and handling intellectual property, insurance, and contractual matters. Prior to this role, Pat held various positions including Company Secretary, Assistant Company Secretary, and Administration Services Manager from 1981 to 2001. Since retiring in 2017, Pat has taken on a consultancy role as Chair of Trustees for all Hallmark UK pension schemes. Educational background includes studies at Henley College and St Margaret's Convent School in Paisley.
