Paul Riley

Paul Riley serves as the Training and Development Manager at Hallmark Cards since May 2019. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Joint Center for International Security Force Assistance (JCISFA) from July 2017 to April 2019, where significant contributions included shifting the center’s focus to a global strategic viewpoint and driving cross-functional collaboration to meet Secretary of Defense objectives. Additional experience includes managing the Europe Division at U.S. European Command, serving as Chief Operating Officer at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and providing advisory support within the U.S. Department of Defense. Paul has an extensive educational background with master's degrees in National Security and Strategic Studies and Russian and East European Studies, along with a bachelor's degree in Journalism.
