Christine Guenther

Christine Guenther has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting roles. Christine began their career as a Recruiter at a software company from October 2007 to December 2009. Christine then worked as a Contract Recruiter at Honeywell for three months in 2010. From July 2010 to September 2021, Christine served as a Principal Technology Recruiter at Optum, specializing in senior and executive-level technology roles. During their time at Optum, they also mentored and trained new team members.

Since October 2021 until June 2023, Christine has been a Senior Technology Recruiter at VMware, particularly focusing on recruiting senior-level software engineers and technical program managers for the Tanzu platform. Starting from July 2023, they will be working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Hallmark Health Care Solutions.

Christine Guenther attended North Dakota State University but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In addition to their education, they have obtained certifications such as the Beamery New User Certified from Beamery in August 2022 and the Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn in July 2022.
