Matt Dane

Matt Dane, DNP, MBA, RN has extensive work experience in healthcare management and nursing. Matt is currently employed at Hallmark Health Care Solutions as the Senior Vice President of Einstein II Business Development. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President of Einstein II Business Development at the same company.

Before joining Hallmark Health Care Solutions, Matt worked as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Memphis in 2021. Matt also served as the Chief Nursing Officer at BAPTIST MEMORIAL REHABILITATION HOSPITAL from September 2021 to February 2022.

Matt has a long history with Baptist Memorial Health Care, where they held various leadership positions. Matt was the Associate Chief Nursing Officer from May 2017 to September 2021. Before that, they served as the Director of Surgical Services and Invasive Cardiology from January 2015 to May 2017. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Director of Surgical Services from April 2013 to January 2015. Matt also worked as the Nurse Manager for General & Outpatient Surgery from November 2009 to April 2013.

Matt's career started as a Registered Nurse at Baptist Memorial Health Care in May 2005. Matt then progressed to the role of RN Circulating Nurse/Charge Nurse from June 2006 to November 2009. Throughout their career, Matt has shown dedication and leadership in the field of nursing and healthcare management.

Matt Dane, DNP, MBA, RN has a diverse education history. Matt pursued their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Baptist Memorial College of Health Sciences from 2003 to 2005. Following this, they completed their Master's in Nursing Administration (MSN) from Loyola University New Orleans between 2010 and 2012. In 2014, they began their Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) specializing in Nursing Administration at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, which they completed in 2016. Building on this, they further expanded their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2018 to 2020. Throughout their educational journey, Matt Dane has focused on nursing and nursing administration, gradually advancing their expertise and knowledge in the field.
