Michelle Sanchez-Bickley

Michelle Sanchez-Bickley, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is the Chief People Executive for Einstein II solutions. In this role, she works with other healthcare executives nationally to provide a total contingent workforce management system that streamlines processes and reduces costs significantly to organizations.

Michelle is an HR executive with over 28 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources. She has a strong background in strategic planning including development and implementation of innovative solutions to achieve business objectives. She was most recently the Chief HR Officer for Renown Health where she oversaw all aspects of Human Resources with an integrated Health Care system.

Michelle’s expertise includes strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention initiatives, labor relations, total rewards (compensation, benefits, wellness), employee empowerment, organizational development, training, policy design, succession planning, executive coaching, and recruiting. She holds her bachelor’s degree in political science and justice studies from Frostburg State University, MD and earned her master’s degree in human resource development from Georgia State University. She is a dually certified senior professional in human resources and has served on numerous not for profit boards and volunteers in the communities she serves.
