Dustin Figge

Dustin Figge is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in various fields, including healthcare, technology, and hospitality. Currently, Dustin serves as a Founding Investor at move2health, a modern physiotherapy practice in Leverkusen, and as a Founding Partner at Boring Ventures, a venture studio focused on creating sustainable businesses. Additional investments include telemedicine startup 5SWAN and neotherm GmbH, a provider of modern energy solutions. Dustin is also a Co-Founder of Sola, a boutique hotel project in Sri Lanka, as well as The Homelike, the largest online marketplace for long-term furnished apartment rentals, and Talents Connect AG, an HR-Tech company. Prior experience includes roles as Global F&A Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO at arvato AG. Dustin holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cologne and completed a semester abroad at the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona.
