Natasha Garcia is a seasoned professional in regulatory operations with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Lead Consultant for Regulatory Operations at Halloran Consulting Group, Inc. since July 2021, Natasha has previously held significant roles at Emergent BioSolutions, including Sr. Regulatory Operations Specialist and Regulatory Operations Specialist. Earlier experience includes positions at MacroGenics, Inc. and MedImmune as Regulatory Operations Associate, where Natasha was instrumental in the publishing and assembly of eCTD submissions and regulatory documentation. Natasha started their career in document control at Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc., focusing on compliance and documentation management. A graduate of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Natasha possesses a strong foundation in regulatory frameworks and submission processes.
