Theodore A. Kittila

Theodore Kittila serves as the Managing Partner at Halloran Farkas + Kittila LLP since January 2017, focusing on corporate and commercial litigation in Delaware's State and Federal Courts. Prior to this role, Theodore founded and managed Greenhill Law Group, LLC, and served as a Shareholder and Attorney at Elliott Greenleaf. Theodore's earlier experience includes positions as an Associate at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP, Paul Hastings, and Weil Gotshal and Manges. Theodore Kittila holds a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and an Honors B.A. in International Relations from the University of Delaware, along with being a Fulbright Scholar at Goethe Universitaet in Frankfurt.
