Richard Franklin

Richard Franklin is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Halls and also as the Managing Director at Nector Holdings. Previously, Richard worked as the Managing Director at Halls Investments where Richard was responsible for evaluating new investments in private businesses, focusing on the pharmaceutical industry, insurance, and IT solutions. Prior to that, Richard worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co, managing various strategic projects. Before that, Richard was a Specialist at Sasol, working on advanced plant control and management information systems in the petrochemical business. Richard holds an MBA from the University of Pretoria and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Maths and IT.
