Jenny Freed

Jenny Freed is an experienced professional with a diverse background in social sustainability, public health, and law enforcement. Currently serving as an author at Egen firma and a lecturer at Freed och frihet since August 2023, Jenny also holds the position of strategist in social sustainability at Hallstahammars kommun. Previously, Jenny worked as a development leader focused on men's violence against women at Länsstyrelsen Västmanland and as a safety strategist at Enköpings kommun. Additional experience includes roles as a coordinator for violence in close relationships and head of the health competence center at Region Västmanland and as a police inspector at Polismyndigheten. Jenny began their career as a public health strategist at Uppsala kommun. Jenny holds a degree in police studies from Polishögskolan and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Mälardalen University.
