Leonardo Sabedot is an experienced general manager with a robust background in leadership within the automotive and industrial sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Hallstar since March 2017, Leonardo oversees operational controls and strategic objectives in the South America region. Previously, Leonardo held the role of General Manager for the Automation Solutions Group Brazil at Lincoln Electric from March 2013 to February 2017, where responsibilities included strategic planning and budget management. Earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director at ISKRA DO BRASIL AUTOELETRICA LTDA. and as a Project Manager at ECS BRASIL LTDA. Leonardo holds multiple advanced degrees, including an International Executive MBA and an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, alongside a Bachelor's in Automation and Controlling Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and an international internship at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
