Simona Morlacchi is an experienced formulation professional currently serving as the Formulation Laboratory Manager at Hallstar since April 2016, where responsibilities include managing the Advance Formulated Solution international team and collaborating with the Marketing Insight Analyst on project development. Previous roles include Formulation Chemist at Hallstar, R&D Senior Formulation Chemist at Oriflame S.A., and R&D Laboratory Manager at Chromavis. Simona's early career involved research on raw materials at Intercos and technical work in the Analytical and Inorganic Laboratory at the University of Milan. Simona holds a Licensed Chemist degree and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Milan, along with a graduation in Foreign Languages and Literatures.
