Production and Operations

The Production and Operations team at Multi-Color Christchurch is responsible for managing and executing the entire label production process, ensuring timely and high-quality output. Team members include Printers who handle the actual printing tasks, Pre-press Mac Operators who prepare designs for printing, Estimators who determine project costs, and the Operations Manager who oversees the workflow and efficiency. Additionally, the Maintenance and Engineering Manager ensures that all equipment is running optimally, and the Logistics personnel manage the supply chain and distribution. This collaborative effort ensures that every labelling project meets the highest standards of quality and precision.
