Jo Harlow is an experienced business executive who has held various leadership positions in some of the world's top companies. Jo is currently an independent non-executive director at Halma plc. Prior to that, they were a member of the supervisory board at METRO AG (future CECONOMY AG), where they provided strategic guidance and governance for the company's consumer electronics business. Before that, they were with IHG - InterContinental Hotels Group.
Ms. Harlow began their career at Procter & Gamble in 1984, where they held various sales and marketing positions over the next 14 years. In 1998, they joined Reebok as vice president of global marketing. Jo remained with the company for five years before joining Nokia as executive vice president of smart devices in 2003. Jo held this position for 11 years before moving to Microsoft as corporate vice president of the phones BU in 2014.
Jo Harlow received their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Duke University. Jo then went on to pursue a career in psychology, eventually becoming a licensed psychologist.
