Mark Jenkins

Mark Jenkins is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance. Currently serving as Company Secretary and Head of Secretarial at Halma plc since November 2015, Mark has previously held the position of Deputy Company Secretary at Walgreens Boots Alliance from December 2009 to October 2015. Mark's early career includes a role as Senior Assistant Company Secretary at BG Group between June 2008 and December 2009. Mark holds a Bachelor of Laws - LLB (Hons) in Business and Finance Law from Brunel University London, completed in 1998.
