Prateek Baliga

Prateek Baliga has a solid work experience in the IT industry. Prateek is currently working at Halma plc since 2019, initially starting as a System Engineer Trainee and then progressing to the role of O365 Administrator. Prateek later became the IT Services Lead/SOC Manager and then the IT Services Manager before assuming their current position as the Head of Global Service Delivery. Prior to that, they worked at Atos as an Operations and Applications Manager from 2017 to 2019. Prateek also had a role as a Team Lead at KPIT from 2015 to 2017. Prateek's career started at Infosys in 2011, where they held various positions such as System Engineer Trainee, Systems Engineer, Senior Systems Engineer, and finally Technology Analyst.

Prateek Baliga completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai, from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Science from Birla College of Arts, Science and Commerce, from 2004 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Prateek has also obtained multiple certifications. These include certifications in Microsoft Teams Exam Preparation, Microsoft 365 Messaging Administrator Associate Certification Preparation, CoreView Fundamentals Preview, CoreView Virtual Tenants, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Exam Preparation, New Manager Foundations, and Performance Management. Prateek has also obtained certifications in ITIL® 4 Managing Professional Transition, ITIL® Intermediate Certificates in various IT Service areas (Design, Strategy, Transition, Continual Service Improvement, Operational Support and Analysis, and Service Operation), and PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certificates in Project Management. These certifications reflect Prateek's continuous pursuit of professional development and expertise in various fields.
