Tommy Li

Tommy Li has a diverse work experience spanning a range of industries and positions. Tommy currently holds the position of Chief M&A and Corporate Development Officer, APAC at Halma plc, a global group of life-saving technology companies. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Hangzhou Tongee Medical Technology Co., Ltd. Tommy also held the role of VP, Strategy, BD/VC and Pulmonary Business Unit at Boston Scientific. Before that, they worked at BD as the Sr. Director, Head of Strategy & Business Development, Greater China. Tommy also has experience working in business development roles at Merck Group and Hanmi Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in their career, they served as the Research and Development Manager for new drugs at Tasly天士力控股集团有限公司.

Tommy Li completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Chemistry from Lanzhou University in the years 1997 to 2001. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Marketing from Beihang University between 2009 and 2011. Currently, Tommy is furthering their education at The University of Arizona Global Campus, where they are pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Doctor of Management. This program is expected to be completed between 2022 and 2025.
