Cecille Ocasio

Cecille Ocasio has a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Tufts University. Since 2008, Cecille has worked in various roles at Kiewit, including as a Project Scheduler, Schedule Engineer, Revenue Engineer, Cost Engineer, and Field Engineer on significant bridge replacement projects in NYC. With experience in project controls, scheduling, cost management, and engineering, Cecille now serves as a Project Controls/Senior Scheduler at Halmar International, bringing a wealth of expertise to the team.
