Sarah Scully

Sarah Scully is a Cost Control Manager and Engineer at Halmar International, a position held since July 2013. Prior experience includes an internship at Hill International from May to August 2012, where Sarah contributed to the PennDOT 95 Corridor Projects by assisting in project control meetings and conducting field visits. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University, earned in 2013.
