Niall McCavigan, CSM, is an experienced Agile Program Manager currently at HALO Body Cameras since November 2023. Niall holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from the University of Ulster and a Diploma in Industrial Studies from Ulster University, along with various certifications from Axelos, Scaled Agile, and Scrum Alliance.
