Victor M. Ortiz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital product management and user experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Digital Product & UX at Halo Collar since November 2023, Victor is focused on developing the Halo Collar member app and e-commerce strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value. Prior to this, Victor held leadership roles such as Fractional Chief Product Officer at Product Alchemists, where interim product management and design strategies were provided, and Vice President of Product Management at Barnes & Noble Education, Inc., overseeing the growth of the Bartleby startup. Further experience includes significant roles at Equinox, CBRE, Toys"R"Us, and HOTELS AT HOME, where Victor has consistently driven product innovation and growth. Victor holds an MBA in Technology Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a BA in Fine Arts Studio - Graphic Design with a minor in Computer Science from Montclair State University.
