Emmanuel Adrián Arroyo Tovar is an experienced professional in human resources and plant management with a diverse background across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Plant Manager for Halo Creative & Design Ltd. in Mexico, Emmanuel previously held roles including Vice Plant Manager and Human Resources Senior Manager at Halo, where responsibilities included HR policy implementation and culture program development.
