Ginger McNally

Ginger McNally currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at HALO DREAM, INC. since May 2019. Prior to this role, Ginger held the position of Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Centric Brands Inc. from August 2011 to May 2019, and was formerly associated with Global Brands Group. Between November 2008 and August 2011, Ginger operated as an Independent Consultant, providing strategic HR support to clients such as Intermix and Tory Burch. As the VP of Human Resources at Intermix from June 2005 to November 2008, responsibilities included managing HR functions for both the corporate office and 24 stores. Ginger's extensive experience began at Aeropostale, progressing from an intern in 1991 to Vice President of Human Resources by 2003, overseeing comprehensive HR support for a substantial retail workforce. Ginger holds a BS in Labor & Industrial Relations from Penn State University.
