Scott Rolfe has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Scott started their career in 1997 as a General Manager at Bridport & West Dorset Trust Ltd. After that, they joined Wyre Forest District Council as a Contract Manager in 2001. In 2002, they began working at Halo Leisure as an Operations Director, a role they held until 2014 when they were promoted to Chief Executive Officer. Alongside their role at Halo Leisure, they also worked at Right Directions as a Quest Assessor starting in 2003. Additionally, they served as a College Governor at Hereford College of Arts from 2012 to 2022, providing leadership and governance in the area of finance and resources.

Halo Leisure is a not-for profit social enterprise and registered charity. We're managed by a Board of Trustees who are drawn from across the County representing a broad balance of community focus and commercial and business enterprise. Halo are proud to provide leisure centres in Herefordshire, in the market towns of Hereford, Leominster, Ledbury, Ross-on-Wye and Bromyard on behalf of our major partners, Herefordshire Council.
