Paul Manley

Paul Manley is a seasoned executive in the mental health and recovery sectors, currently serving as Founder and CEO at Halo Mental Health since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Vice President and Partner at Driftwood Recovery from July 2018 to January 2024, as well as Director of Admissions at the same organization from August 2016 to January 2018. Earlier in their career, Paul held the position of Admissions Representative at Northbound Treatment Services from June 2015 to July 2016. Paul also has significant experience in the oil and gas industry, working as Government Affairs Specialist for Freeport-McMoRan Oil & Gas and Plains Exploration and Production, where responsibilities included monitoring regulations and environmental permitting processes. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Policy, Planning, and Development from the University of Southern California and an Associate of Arts in Business from Orange Coast College.
