Andy Jeremiah

Andy Jeremiah has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Andy began their career as an Audit Accountant at Ernst & Young, where they audited large clients such as Bass, Pirelli Tyres, and Birmingham Airport. After gaining their ACA qualification, they joined Herbalife Europe Ltd as their Financial Controller for Northern Europe, managing a team of 19 staff and overseeing the production of monthly management reports and rolling forecasts. Following this, they served as the EMEA Financial Controller and Head of Finance at Glu Mobile, where they were responsible for financial reporting and budget forecasting. Andy also played a key role in the company's IPO flotation and subsequent quarterly reporting cycles. Andy then became the Group Controller for ASG Worldwide, managing the production of annual group IFRS accounts and leading group and consolidation audits. Andy was heavily involved in the disposal of group subsidiaries, preparing special purpose carve out accounts. Prior to their current role, Andy worked as the UK Financial Controller for Venues and Ticketing at Ambassador Theatre Group, overseeing all accounting transactions and managing a team of 10 finance members. Currently, they serve as the Group Finance Director at Halo Technology Group, playing a crucial role in the company's significant growth and acquisition activities, leading to the sale of the company for $715m to Amphenol Corporation Inc. Andy has extensive experience in finance, accounting, tax, and HR, and has demonstrated their ability to drive growth and lead financial teams.
