In 2010, they became a Recruiter at Providian Staffing, responsible for meeting customer orders, overseeing new employee starts, and following up on work orders. From 2013 to 2015, Javier worked as a Personnel Supervisor at Select Staffing, overseeing job placements, supervising assigned associates, and ensuring compliance at client sites. In 2015, they joined American Woodmark as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they developed recruitment plans, represented the company at events, and implemented search strategies. In 2019, Javier started working at Halo, first as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager and then became the Global Head of Talent Acquisition. In these roles, they led talent management strategies, transformed Talent Acquisition processes, sourced top candidates, built high-performing teams, and delivered positive candidate experiences.
Javier De La Rosa pursued their education at the University of Phoenix from 2017 to 2021. During this period, they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
