Chris Maddox

Chris Maddox is an experienced Engineering, Reliability, and Maintenance Professional currently working at Halocarbon since October 2025. Previously, Chris held the position of Reliability Engineering Manager and Capital Project Engineer VI at Clearwater Paper Corporation from May 2024 to October 2025. From June 2023 to May 2024, Chris worked as a Capital Project Engineer at Graphic Packaging International, LLC. Prior experience includes supervising E/I maintenance at Nutrien, where Chris served as an E/I Supervisor and Electrical Maintenance Engineer from January 2017 to June 2023. Chris also worked at Austin Industrial / Potash Corp. from 2003 to January 2017, undertaking roles such as Project Associate Electrical Engineer, Project Manager, and Electrical Maintenance Planner, and began a career as an Electrical Maintenance Technician from 1995 to 2003. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from the University of Arkansas Grantham and an Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Augusta Technical College.
