Syed Arshad Ahmed

Syed Arshad Ahmed, PMP, is a seasoned Senior Project Engineer at HALO Maritime Defense Systems since July 2019, leading projects such as the Integrated New Naval Base Surveillance Project for the Qatar Armed Force. Prior experience includes a tenure at Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group as a Senior Engineer, contributing to significant road network improvements for Expo 2020 and various construction projects involving complex bridge systems. Previous roles at Target Engineering Construction Co LLC and Man & Soil Builders Pvt Ltd encompassed engineering and site supervision for diverse infrastructure and facility constructions.
