Arne-Leif Andersen

Arne-Leif Andersen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Arne-Leif started their career as a Toolmaker at HAMAX AS and MRM-Plast as, where they developed and manufactured molding tools for plastic components. Arne-Leif then moved on to TrioVing as, VingCard as, where they held various roles focused on construction and development of electromechanical locks. Arne-Leif worked on designing components and mechanisms using CAD software, and also gained experience in metallurgy, plastics, and surface technology.

Afterwards, Andersen joined ASSA ABLOY Hospitality, where they served as a Mechanical Project Manager for product development of electronic hotel locks. Arne-Leif also served as the Head of Development, managing a team of 12 engineers and overseeing various aspects of lock development projects.

Arne-Leif then transitioned to PartnerTech, initially working as a Constructor/Project Manager, responsible for the design of thin plate components and managing tender projects. Later, they became a Program Manager, handling sales and customer responsibilities, including acquiring and processing inquiries, preparing estimates, and creating offers.

Following their time at PartnerTech, Andersen worked at Experis for Wartsila Moss as a Mechanical Engineer and Constructor. Here, they focused on mechanical design and documentation of components and products for marine and oil & gas markets, including the modeling of "Master template model" in 3D Inventor for project documentation efficiency.

Most recently, they joined 1X as a Production Project Manager and Robotics Technician, involved in the production of humanoid robots. Arne-Leif'sresponsibilities include facilitating, developing, and ensuring quality in production processes, as well as developing production equipment. Arne-Leif is also involved in the assembly and testing of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.

Throughout their career, Andersen has gained extensive expertise in project management, mechanical design, documentation, and sales.

Arne-Leif Andersen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Ingeniørhøyskole between 1980 and 1982. Additionally, they received a certification as a Certified Toolmaker specializing in plastics molds, however, the specific duration and institution for this certification are not provided.
