Stein Erik Maurice

Stein Erik Maurice has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stein Erik began their career in 1995 as a Sales Engineer at Metric AS. Stein Erik then joined VMETRO asa in 1999 and held various marketing roles, including Product Manager, Product and Channel Manager, Group Marketing Manager, and finally Group Marketing Director. In 2007, they worked as a Senior Business Advisor at Mercuri Urval before joining STEP Offshore in 2008 as Vice President - Sales & Marketing, where they were responsible for running the worldwide sales and marketing organization. In 2011, they joined Aker Solutions as a Marketing Manager and later became Vice President Marketing, overseeing marketing activities and managing multiple digitization projects. In 2013, they joined PGS as Vice President Global Marketing, a role they held until 2017. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at 1X since June 2017.

Stein Erik Maurice completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1986, they participated in the Foreign Exchange Student Program at Parsippany Hills High School. Following this, from 1989 to 1992, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Cybernetics (Teknisk Kybernetikk) from NKI. Later, from 1992 to 1994, they attended UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, where they obtained a Sivilingeniør degree (Msc) in Physics, with a specialization in Signal Processing.
