Veronika Dokken

Veronika Dokken has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Veronika is currently working as a Supply Chain Manager at 1X, where they are responsible for supply chain operations, contract negotiation, budgeting, and reporting. Prior to this, Veronika served as the Cofounder & Managing Partner at The ALL WEATHER LEADERS, where they aimed to create a tribe of resilient, compassionate leaders. Veronika also founded Biofood Trade&Consult and worked as the Managing Director, offering trade and consulting solutions for multiple industries internationally. Additionally, Veronika worked as a Project Manager-Senior Management Consultant at Primestar Energy and as a Project and Business Development Manager at Green Point International Ltd, where they provided tailor-made projects and solutions to clients. Veronika also held the role of Key Account Manager at Scanbio Marine Group, where they managed customer relationships and conducted international sales. Veronika started their career at ALS Traders Ltd, where they served as the Managing Director and later as a Trade Manager, overseeing import and trade of feed and food ingredients globally.
