Ingrid Lawu

Ingrid Lawu is the Head of Corporate Development at Halodoc ID, a position held since July 2019. Prior to this role, Ingrid served in various capacities at PricewaterhouseCoopers from August 2004 to June 2019, focusing on Corporate Finance with an emphasis on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and financial advisory services. Responsibilities included managing teams on diverse M&A deals, conducting financial due diligence, advising on transaction structuring, reviewing Sale and Purchase Agreements, and preparing strategic business plans. Additionally, Ingrid performed assurance services to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and US GAAP, including Sarbanes-Oxley 404 reviews to evaluate clients' internal controls. Ingrid holds a degree from The Ohio State University.
