Umaimah Mendhro

Umaimah Mendhro is a distinguished entrepreneur and leader, currently serving as Founder and President of One League, an initiative in collaboration with elite institutions such as Harvard, MIT, and Stanford, aimed at empowering underserved changemakers. In addition, Mendhro is a Venture Partner and Advisor at Halogen Ventures, focusing on female-founded consumer technologies, and Co-Founder of dreamfly, a global initiative promoting education and empowerment in conflict-affected communities. As Founder and President of VIDA, Mendhro has created a platform connecting creatives and manufacturers to produce unique accessories while supporting workers' education and empowerment programs. Mendhro's prior experience includes roles at West and Microsoft, complemented by an MBA with Highest Distinction from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
