Tessa M. Owen, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, currently serves as Vice President of HR & Talent Management at HaloMD since December 2024. Previously, Tessa held the position of Vice President of People & Culture at CYPHER LEARNING from January 2022 to December 2024. Between May 2015 and January 2022, Tessa worked as Global Human Resources Director / Senior HR Business Partner at Ricondo & Associates, Inc. and served as Director of Human Resources / Senior HR Business Partner at InnerWorkings from November 2011 to April 2015. Tessa's career began at Siemens in June 2006 as a Human Resources Business Consultant after participating in the US HR Leadership Development Program. Tessa's experience includes roles as Corporate Human Resources Associate and Human Resources Associate at Siemens and Blackwell Consulting Services, respectively. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University.
