Neil Montgomery

Neil Montgomery is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering at HALOS Body Cameras since December 2023. Previously, Neil worked as a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting and held the position of Chief Technology Officer at CADshare from September 2016 to September 2022. Neil's entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of Fairground Photos, a company specializing in automated photography systems for various attractions, which was active from April 2010 to September 2020. Additional experience includes roles at CVS Health and Silver Star Mountain Resort, as well as an integration developer position at Consilium Technologies. Neil's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Maths and Computer Science from Queens University Belfast and research conducted as a PhD student at the Centre for Secure Information Technology (QUB), focusing on multi-agent systems for video surveillance.
