Troy Mott

Troy Mott has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Troy is currently the VP of Business Solutions at Halosight since September 2022. Prior to that, they founded and led NorTex Pavement Company from December 2017 to September 2022.

Before that, Troy worked at Lava Surf starting in December 2015 and had the role of helping companies create effective social media solutions. Troy was responsible for defining strategies for sales, strategic partnerships, and marketing for their SAAS social media management tool. Troy successfully brought in major foodservice brands as clients and increased monthly recurring revenues by 25%.

From January 2014 to September 2022, Troy worked at iDrive Logistics as a Shipping Optimization Professional. In this role, they created and led teams of referral agents, consulted with executive teams, and developed strong partnerships. Troy also planned and executed new sales strategies and built a high-performance team.

Troy also had a brief stint at Market Force Information from May 2017 to December 2017, where they worked on unifying companies with integrated CX data solutions. Additionally, they worked at Steton from April 2015 to December 2015 as a Regional VP of Sales, where they assisted in change management and leveraged their foodservice contacts to introduce software to prospective clients.

Troy'searlier work experience includes roles at InMoment (formerly Mindshare Technologies) where they served as the Senior Director of Business Development - CX Solutions from March 2003 to January 2014. Troy achieved significant sales revenue and played multiple roles within the organization. Prior to that, Troy was the President of Fazoli's franchise from January 2000 to March 2003, and the Area Business Development Manager at a KFC Franchise Operator from January 1993 to July 2000.

In 1985, Troy Mott attended Cibola HS, where they remained until 1989. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. From 2004 to 2006, they attended the University of Phoenix, earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
