Cortney Caudill

Cortney Caudill is the Chief Operations Officer at Halozyme, Inc., and a member of Chief, an organization aimed at empowering women in leadership roles, since October 2023 and April 2022, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Product Officer and various senior roles at Aeglea BioTherapeutics from January 2019 to October 2023, as well as board advisory roles with Ninnion Therapeutics. Cortney founded eauLife NA LLC and held several key positions at Baxalta, Samsung BioLogics, Vetter Pharma, Genentech, and VaxGen. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a dual B.S./B.A. in Biology and Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
