Emanuel Leon

Emanuel Leon has a strong background in technical and manufacturing roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Emanuel currently holds the position of Associate Director of Manufacturing Science and Technology at Halozyme, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at INOVIO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as the Manager of Technical CMO. Emanuel also gained extensive experience at Endo International plc, where they held various roles including Technical Operations Manager, Senior Engineer in Technical Operations, Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Operations, and Process Engineer. In these positions, they were responsible for managing technical studies, leading manufacturing and technical operations teams, investigating process development and commercial deviations, and conducting process optimization and root cause analysis.

Emanuel Leon completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Southern California from 2020 to 2022. Previously, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from UC Irvine, which they completed between 2008 and 2013.
