Raghu Nandan Gurram

Raghu Nandan Gurram is a highly experienced professional in the biomanufacturing and process development sectors, currently serving as a Senior Engineer II in MSAT at Halozyme, Inc. since February 2025. Previous roles include positions as a Scientist in Downstream Process Development at Bavarian Nordic and Emergent BioSolutions, and as a Supervisor at Catalent Pharma Solutions, with expertise in cGMP biomanufacturing, aseptic techniques, and downstream processing. Raghu has extensive experience in R&D, having led projects at Attis Innovations, LLC. and American Science and Technology Corp., focusing on biofuels and biochemicals production. Educationally, Raghu holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering from South Dakota Mines, alongside a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
