Marc Fielding has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Marc is currently the Co-Founder and COO of Halp, an admissions coaching company that focuses on making learning accessible. Prior to that, Marc worked at Jackman Reinvents as a Manager in Management Consulting, where they helped clients in retail transformation. Marc also held roles as a Consultant and an Analyst at the same company. Before joining Jackman Reinvents, Marc worked as a Strategy and Competitive Intelligence Analyst at Aimia Inc. Marc started their career as a Research Analyst at RBC Dominion Securities, followed by roles at BNY Mellon Wealth Management and Scotiabank. Marc also gained experience as a Summer Office Intern at Urbacon.

Marc Fielding completed their education with a High School Diploma from Crescent School in 2009. Marc then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences and Business from Western University, which they completed in 2013. During their time at Western University, Marc also attended the Ivey Business School, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business in 2013. In addition to their formal education, Marc obtained a certification in the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute in January 2012.
