Matthew Oppenheimer

Matthew Oppenheimer serves as the President of Halpern Enterprises, Inc., a company founded by their grandfather in 1959, where responsibility includes stewarding the organization through disciplined growth. With extensive experience in real estate, Matthew has held various roles within Halpern, including Director of Acquisitions, Development Associate, and Property Manager, focusing on development project management and property oversight. Prior to joining Halpern, Matthew worked as a Leasing Agent at Glenwood Development Company, an Analyst at Rosenberg Capital Advisors, and a Leasing Intern at Colliers Spectrum Cauble. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance-Real Estate from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
