Ksenia Volskaya has a comprehensive background in personnel management and business development, currently serving as the Head of the Personnel Recruiting and Training Department at Галс-Девелопмент since July 2015. Previously, Ksenia Volskaya was the General Director and Partner of the Moscow office at Alpha Personnel executive search from June 2009 to September 2015, where responsibilities included leading the office, fostering client relationships, and managing executive search projects. Additionally, Ksenia Volskaya held the position of Business Development Manager at AVANTA Personnel from December 2008 to December 2009.
