Katie Sproul is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in investment management and real estate development. As Chief Executive Officer of Halstatt since 2009, Katie oversees all aspects of the firm, including investment management and capital oversight. In addition to this role, Katie serves as a Partner at Halstatt Real Estate Partners, leading the acquisition and development of over $850 million in Florida-based real estate since 2011. Previously, Katie was Co-President at Barron Collier Companies from 1999 to 2016, where responsibility included overseeing agricultural operations and significant real estate projects, along with implementing a new governance structure for long-term sustainability. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University and has furthered education at the Yale School of Management.
