Peggy Lamb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector and finance. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors for the Bergstrom Real Estate Center at the University of Florida and as a Board Member for both SCREDIT and the Starwood Real Estate Income Trust, Peggy has been a key player in various advisory roles since 2022. As Managing Director at Halstatt since 2017, Peggy oversees the Halstatt Real Estate Partners Fund IV, focusing on real estate investments and portfolio management. Previously, Peggy held significant positions at Goldman Sachs from 1990 to 2005, including Managing Director, Chief of Staff in the Financing Division, and Chief Operating Officer of Real Estate Investment Banking. Education includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
