Mike Collett

Mike Collett is the current Director at Halter. Mike has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, including venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and valuation. Prior to their current position, they were a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Masters Capital Nanotechnology, LLC from January 2005 to December 2017. Mike was also a Venture Capitalist and Technology Equities Analyst at Masters Capital Management, LLC from January 2001 to December 2005. Additionally, Mike worked as Vice President of the Middle Market M&A Group at Merrill Lynch from January 1997 to December 2001. Mike started their career as an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions/Valuation Group at Duff & Phelps from January 1995 to December 1997.

Mike Collett has a BS in Math and English from Vanderbilt University, and an MBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
