The leadership team at Halter has a wide range of experience in different industries and fields of study. A few notable previous experiences include working as a mechanical engineer at Rocket Lab USA, product development engineer at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, and embedded systems and software engineer at Massey University. The team also has experience founding and running their own businesses, such as Radic Designs and Tether. In addition to their practical experience, the team is also well-educated, with degrees in fields such as mechanical engineering, mechatronics, and finance.
