Hannu Tiainen

Hannu Tiainen is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in manufacturing and product development. Currently serving as Program Manager at Haltian since February 2023, Hannu previously held the position of Manufacturing Director at TactoTek Group from September 2018 to February 2023, focusing on production management, development, reporting, and budgeting. Prior to that, Hannu worked at Polar Electro Oy for over a decade, contributing as both Program Manager & HW Continuous Development and Engineering Manager, leading teams in product development and production engineering. Experience includes roles as Development Supervisor and Project Manager at Detection Technology, Inc. and Selmic Oy, respectively, with a focus on industrialization and new product development. Educational credentials include a B.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering from Oulu University of Applied Sciences and an Electrician degree from the Vocational School of Kuopio.
